These Terms may also be available in English, but the Bengali version will serve as the authoritative reference for Bangladeshi users. tk666 live reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

To learn more about us, our purpose and our services, please read the About Us page.

tk666 live services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that online gambling is legally permitted in your place of residence or applicable jurisdiction.

We may request an identity document or other paperwork at any time to verify age. If a user opens an account with false information and violates the age requirement, tk666 live reserves the right to forfeit that account and any balance held in it.

2.1 Restricted Regions

Opening an account or using the service from countries or regions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is strictly forbidden. It is the user's own responsibility to know the laws of their jurisdiction.

6.1 Betting Limits and Controls

• Each bet is accepted subject to there being sufficient balance in the account.
• Once a bet has been placed it cannot be cancelled, unless there is a technical error.

tk666 live's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze and reaching up to 1.5% at the Diamond tier.

7.1 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is applied at the set rate on that week's net loss (total bets minus total winnings). For example, a Gold tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

• VIP benefits are non-transferable.
• tk666 live reserves the right to amend the VIP program terms at any time.

Any of the following activities will be considered a serious violation of tk666 live policy, and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Placing bets using software bots, scripts or any other automated method.
• Using multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.

11.2 Final Decision

The decision of the tk666 live dispute resolution team will be final and binding. However, the user may follow the appropriate legal channels as a further step if they wish.

tk666 live is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, failure of third-party services or the user's own actions. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee is given of uninterrupted or error-free service.

In any circumstance, the maximum liability of tk666 live will be limited to the amount of the transaction directly related to the dispute.
