Support Questions
tk666 live has two support channels — live chat on the site and email. Through live chat you can speak directly with an agent, and by email you can describe a problem in detail. Both channels offer support in Bengali and English, so language is not a concern.
tk666 live's support team is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service is never closed on any day of the year. Even if you have a problem at midnight or early morning, opening live chat will connect you to an agent.
Before reaching out, have your username or the mobile number used during registration close at hand. For deposit or withdrawal issues, providing the transaction reference number and amount will speed up the resolution. If you have a screenshot, you can send that too.
tk666 live's support team can communicate in Bengali. You can write in Bengali directly in live chat and receive a reply in Bengali. You can also write to email in Bengali. There is no need to speak in English.
For urgent matters, live chat is the most effective option since you get an immediate response. Email is answered by the support team in turn — it is better suited for detailed or document-related issues.
Deposit Questions
The minimum deposit at tk666 live is ৳200 across all payment methods. Whether you play slots, live casino or cricket betting, this limit is the same. Once ৳200 is deposited, the balance is added to your account.
Log in to tk666 live, go to the deposit page, select bKash and send the money to the designated number. Once the payment is complete, enter the transaction ID in the form — the balance is usually added within a short time. If there is a problem, share the transaction ID in live chat.
tk666 live itself does not deduct any charges on deposits. Whatever amount you send will be credited to your gaming balance in full. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply its own charges in accordance with its own policy.
Refresh the page and wait a moment. If the balance still does not appear, share the bKash/Nagad/Rocket transaction ID, amount and time with the site's live chat. The support team will verify and resolve it promptly.
tk666 live currently has four payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). The minimum deposit of ৳200 applies to all methods.
How to Withdraw
Withdrawal requests at tk666 live are usually processed within 1 hour. Whether you use bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer, this timeframe is the same. Make sure your account verification is complete.
Yes, showing "Pending" immediately after submitting a request is normal. It means the team is processing it. If it stays "Pending" for more than 1 hour, you can share the withdrawal ID in live chat to check the status.
tk666 live's withdrawal service is available 24 hours a day every day of the week. You can make a request on Fridays, Saturdays or public holidays, and it is usually processed within 1 hour.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus your total balance becomes ৳3,000; after placing ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets on the bonus amount, the winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For rules on withdrawing the deposited amount separately, see the terms and conditions.
The minimum withdrawal amount at tk666 live is ৳500. This limit applies to all payment methods — whether you withdraw via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer, a balance of at least ৳500 is required.
VIP Benefits
tk666 live has five VIP levels in total: Bronze (up to 0.3% cashback per week), Silver (0.6%), Gold (0.9%), Platinum (1.2%) and Diamond (1.5%). Higher levels come with priority support, faster withdrawals, special offers and more. For details, visit the tk666 live VIP page.
Cashback is calculated by applying the applicable rate to the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold member's net loss for one week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. This is the maximum figure — a smaller loss results in a smaller amount.
Playing regularly and staying active with higher wagers moves your level up. After a certain amount of gaming activity, tk666 live upgrades the level automatically and notifies the player. The more active you are, the faster you reach a higher level.
Platinum and Diamond members receive priority support, faster withdrawal processing and special offers from time to time. The cashback rate is also higher — at Diamond level the maximum weekly cashback is 1.5%.
Once the weekly cashback is added to your account balance, you can use it to play games. For details on the conditions or process for withdrawing cashback balance, see the responsible gaming page and the terms and conditions, or ask in live chat.
Slots and Jackpots Questions
In a progressive jackpot, a small portion of each bet is added to the prize pool, so the amount grows over time. When a player wins the jackpot, the pool resets to zero and begins accumulating again. Several jackpot games are available in the slots section of tk666 live.
RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical payout percentage of a slot — for example, a 96% RTP means there is an average chance of ৳96 returning for every ৳100 wagered. This is a long-term average; results in a single session can differ. Choosing games with a higher RTP makes it easier to enjoy longer gaming sessions.
Many slot games have an in-game free spins feature that activates when certain symbols line up. During these free spins the reels spin without any additional bet and winnings are added to the balance. Games of this type can be explored in the tk666 live Slots section.
Many slot games can be played in demo mode using virtual credits — no real money is needed. Demo mode lets you understand a game's features, bonus rounds and payout structure, which helps with setting a budget.
With a limited budget it makes sense to choose low-volatility slots — these games pay smaller amounts but more frequently, so you can play for longer. Also check the minimum bet size and RTP before selecting a game. Starting with a ৳200 deposit and getting familiar gradually is a practical approach.
